Both Hull City and Birmingham City are currently without managers.

Some Hull City fans are urging their side to turn to Garry Monk after Birmingham City sacked the 40-year-old boss on Tuesday.
Hull are without a manager themselves after Nigel Adkins resigned from his position earlier this month.
According to Hull Live, the Tigers have already approached the respective Hibernian and Doncaster Rovers bosses, Paul Heckingbottom and Grant McCann, the latter of whom is now favourite for the job.
But having led Birmingham to a respectable 17th-placed finish last season, against a backdrop of financial problems culminating in a nine-point deduction, Monk would be a popular choice as Adkins’ successor.
This is how those of a Hull persuasion reacted to the Blues’ announcement on Twitter…
Monk remains an outsider with most bookmakers offering odds on the Hull City vacancy, although Adkins is currently close to the top of the Birmingham running.
The former centre-back has previously managed Swansea City, Leeds United and Middlesbrough with varying degrees of success.
