The Aston Villa assistant manager spent the bulk of his playing career at Chelsea.

Chelsea are looking to loan out Ethan Ampadu this season with Aston Villa among the clubs keen, according to the Daily Mail.
And a number of Blues fans believe that Aston Villa are the ideal recipients, ahead of other reportedly interested parties such as Derby County and Reading.
Not only can the Villans offer Premier League football to Ampadu, but their assistant manager is the former Chelsea captain – and close friend of the new Blues boss, Frank Lampard – John Terry.
This is what those of a Chelsea persuasion are saying about the young Welshman’s future on Twitter…
One potential issue with Ampadu being loaned by Aston Villa is the abundance of alternatives in his primary positions, centre-back and central midfield.
Villa have already added a trio of players (Kortney Hause, Tyrone Mings and Ezri Konsa) at the heart of their defence, and could also bolster their engine room options with Douglas Luiz from Manchester City.
Where should Chelsea send Ampadu this season?
