Some Chelsea fans have taken to Twitter to give their reaction to the performance of Ross Barkley for Aston Villa against Liverpool on Sunday.
Barkley made his debut for Villa against Liverpool, with the former Everton attacking midfielder having joined the Villans on loan from Chelsea this summer.
The 26-year-old started the Premier League game at Villa Park on Sunday evening, and he was one of the best players on the pitch.
The England international scored in the 55th minute and could have added to his tally, as Villa won 7-2.
According to WhoScored, Barkley took six shots of which two were on target and one ended in goal, had a pass accuracy of 83.9%, won one header, took 52 touches, attempted three dribbles, and made one clearance.
The Englishman played 40 minutes in the Premier League and made one appearance in the Carabao Cup for Chelsea before making his move to Villa on a loan deal, according to WhoScored.
