Celtic could be set to receive a significant fee from Hearts.

As reported by The Scottish Sun, Celtic have a 30% sell on fee attached to Aaron Hickey at Hearts and could potentially receive a significant fee during the upcoming January transfer window.
Hickey was on the books at the Hoops but refused professional terms to continue his career at Tynecastle. Instead of receiving a compensation fee from the Edinburgh outfit, Celtic slapped a 30% sell on fee on the player.
That now may pay off massively after a meteoric rise.
The paper report that Hearts could sell him for a fee of £2m in the upcoming transfer window, crediting clubs like Manchester City and Southampton with interest in the player.
Although he’s made just 14 senior appearances, he’s coming to prominence at Hearts thanks to big moments like his recent Edinburgh derby winner against Hibs.
Able to play in a number of positions, the teenager has serious natural ability.
Whether he continues to develop at Hearts in the short-term or moves elsewhere, Celtic have ensured they will eventually benefit from an eventual departure.
