Celtic fans on Twitter were buzzing when they heard the club’s news on Kristoffer Ajer and Mohamed Elyounoussi.
The official Celtic Twitter account posted the news that the Norwegian pair are able to come back to train and play for the Bhoys with no issues after the international break.
There were previously worries about the duo needing to self-isolate after a quarantine order on people arriving from Norway, but it seems as though that shouldn’t affect Neil Lennon’s plans going forward.
Ajer and Elyounoussi are undoubtedly two of Celtic’s most important players, earning a number of plaudits this season.
The Glasgow outfit will certainly be relieved to hear that they’re available for the upcoming matches.
It’s fair to say that Celtic’s season hasn’t gone to plan so far, but fans seem to be happy with this news.
One fan stated that this could be the start of the club’s luck turning around, while others were grateful that they wouldn’t be without their two star men.
The Scottish champions face two tough tests over the next week with games away at Hibernian and Slavia Prague coming up, but Celtic’s chances of getting a result in those games have drastically increased after this update on Ajer and Elyounoussi.
