Blackburn Rovers signed Harrison Reed on loan from Southampton and he is impressing.

Some Blackburn Rovers supporters have taken to Twitter to show their appreciation for on-loan midfielder Harrison Reed after the Southampton man put in yet another fantastic performance.
The 23-year-old arrived on loan at Rovers from Southampton in the summer, dropping down to the Championship again having spent last season out on loan at league rivals Norwich City.
Reed has an abundance of ability at Championship level and Blackburn are certainly benefitting from his presence as his latest display in the 2-2 draw with Nottingham Forest helped preserve his side’s unbeaten run.
According to Whoscored, Reed was Rovers’ outstanding player alongside Bradley Dack as the Saints loanee recorded a team-high four key passes while also contributing with four interceptions.
Rovers felt they should have picked up all three points from their clash with Forest, but a soft penalty ten minutes from time allowed Lewis Grabban to step up and grab the Reds a somewhat undeserved equaliser.
Tony Mowbray’s men, however, managed to extend their impressive unbeaten home form while just one defeat in their opening ten Championship games illustrates their ability to compete at this level.

Supporters of the Lancashire side will be hoping they can hold on to star man Dack for as long as possible, while signing Reed on a permanent deal should also be at the top of their priorities next summer.
It seems as though breaking in at Southampton could prove a step too far for the attack-minded player, and a drop down to the second tier with a progressive club like Blackburn could be in his best interests.
