The Sheffield United boss led his side to a 4-1 win against Aston Villa last month.

Aston Villa fans are drawing up their shortlists of potential Steve Bruce replacements, with Sheffield United’s Chris Wilder proving a popular left-field inclusion.
Bruce was sacked by Villa on Wednesday after a run of only one win in 10 games across all competitions, a run which includes a 4-1 defeat against Wilder’s United.
The Blades boss has led his boyhood club to fourth in the Championship standings in his third season at the helm, having previously secured the League One title and a 10th-place finish in England’s second tier.
Having been out of the Premier League for as long as Wilder has been in office, Aston Villa will be seeking a similar impact from their next manager, who the following supporters hope may be the Sheffield United boss…
Others have been saying the same for weeks…
Wilder only recently signed a new contract at Bramall Lane, following interest from Sunderland at the end of last season.
Would the Sheffield United manager be a good appointment for Aston Villa?
