Some Arsenal fans respond to Mateo Guendouzi tweet

Arsenal midfielder Mateo Guendouzi has remembered the login details for Twitter, it seems.

The France international posted images of himself on social media, training with the national team ahead of games against Sweden and Croatia next week.

It was Guendouzi’s first post on Twitter since June 15, before being exiled by Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta.

The 20-year-old hasn’t kicked a ball for the Gunners since the second game in Project Restart on June 20, a 2-1 defeat by Brighton & Hove Albion.

He made headlines for the wrong reasons in the same game by grabbing Neal Maupay by the throat, though the Football Association cleared him of a potential retrospective ban, but there is huge doubt over his future in North London nonetheless.

Predictably, he was always going to get a lukewarm reaction from Arsenal fans when making his social media comeback.
