Some Arsenal fans on Twitter are praising Aaron Ramsey for his latest cameo in the Champions League.
Juventus boss Andrea Pirlo benched the former Gunners midfielder for last night’s 2-1 defeat by Porto.
But the Italian giants nicked a potentially huge consolation through Federico Chiesa on 82 minutes, shortly after the Arsenal legend was introduced.
And some fans of the North London club believe that it’s no coincidence that the Serie A champions scored once the Wales international was on the pitch.
Here’s what some Arsenal supporters are saying on Twitter:
Ramsey certainly did inject a little bit of urgency into Juve’s attack and with an engine like his, he’s always going to be a big asset off the bench, when he’s running at players with tired legs.
The 30-year-old left the Emirates Stadium in the summer of 2019 after 11 years at the club and he remains a very popular figure among the fanbase, having scored the winning goal in two FA Cup finals during his time.
