Some Arsenal fans on social media are getting rather excited after a report by the Mail linked them with a move for Porto’s Jesus Corona.
Aside from numerous poor puns and jokes about his name, social media was awash with Gunners supporters who are seemingly desperate for the Mexican to come to north London.
To be fair, we can absolutely understand why Arsenal fans want to see him come in.
Corona has been a star for Porto for a number of years now, and his ability to play either on the wing or in defence would make him a real asset to their squad.
Interestingly, Corona also has a release clause in his contract with the Portuguese outfit that would allow him to leave for £21.4m this summer, which would represent something of a bargain in this day and age.
