According to The Mirror, both Arsenal and Everton are interested in signing Doucoure from Watford in the summer transfer window.
It has been reported that the Toffees will make a move again for the Frenchman this summer, having had two bids for him turned down last summer.
The report has added that although Arsenal also admire the 27-year-old, the North London outfit will have to sell Matteo Guendouzi and Lucas Torreira to sign him.
