Former star dismissed both Arsenal and Tottenham title chances.

Before Sunday’s dramatic North London derby, former star Sol Campbell dismissed both teams’ chances of winning the Premier League title.
Campbell was quoted by The Sun: “The trouble with where Spurs and Arsenal are now, is that things have changed. The two dominant teams are Manchester City and Liverpool.
“It’s a two-horse race already. This season, City and Liverpool are not going to drop too many points.”
Arsenal beat Tottenham 4-2 at The Emirates, with a fantastic second half comeback.
Both teams are level on points, eight points behind leaders City.
Tottenham are a strong bet to finish in the top four, but Campbell is right, it is hard to see them kicking on.
They did not invest in the team in the transfer window and remain at the same level as last year.
Arsenal on the other hand, are a team on the rise.

Under new boss Unai Emery they have already made a big leap forward and are 19 games unbeaten.
They are a team which has the potential to get into title contention if they can carry this on until January.
Campbell could be proved wrong by both teams if they each invest in January.
At present it suddenly looks like Arsenal who have more momentum. It’s probably safe to rule Tottenham out of winning the title. Arsenal, perhaps not just yet.
