Sol Campbell has selected his best XI from Arsenal and Tottenham players.

Not many players have represented both Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur through the years, and even fewer have retired with reputations in tact with both sets of supporters.

Just ask Sol Campbell, who is a popular figure among Arsenal fans, and hated by Tottenham, where he began his career.

With the two sides facing off this weekend at The Emirates, Campbell has selected his ‘best XI’ made up of players from the two teams for 888sport, which can be viewed here:

Campbell’s team is picked on his perception of quality rather than form, with Santi Cazorla and Aaron Ramsey among those to barely feature this season, with Tottenham striker Harry Kane also missing several recent matches through injury.

The glaring absentee from Campbell’s selection is Toby Alderweireld, arguably Tottenham’s best defender above Vertonghen.

There is also no place for the likes of Theo Walcott, Dele Alli, Christian Eriksen or Petr Cech, all of who will be hoping to make big impacts in the derby this weekend at The Emirates.
