Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal will face each other in the North London derby on Sunday.

Sol Campbell is presented as the new manager of Macclesfield Town during a press conference at Moss Rose Ground on November 29, 2018 in Macclesfield, England.

Sol Campbell has told The Sun that Arsenal or Tottenham Hotspur will not win the Premier League title this season.

Campbell, who played for both Arsenal and Tottenham, made the prediction ahead of the North London derby at the Emirates Stadium on Sunday afternoon.

The Gunners are fifth in the Premier League table at the moment with 27 points from 13 matches, three points behind Tottenham, who are currently third in the league table.

Former Tottenham and Arsenal central defender Campbell believes that Manchester City and Liverpool will fight for the league title this season.

City are at the top of the Premier League table at the moment with 38 points from 14 matches, five points behind Liverpool, who have played a fewer game.

Sol Campbell is presented as the new manager of Macclesfield Town during a press conference at Moss Rose Ground on November 29, 2018 in Macclesfield, England.

Campbell told The Sun: “The trouble with where Spurs and Arsenal are now, is that things have changed. The two dominant teams are Manchester City and Liverpool.

“The guys at the top are willing to put their money where their mouth is. Liverpool’s owners have shown they are willing to go for it and the guys at Manchester City just want to win and dominate.

“It’s a two-horse race already. This season, City and Liverpool are not going to drop too many points.”

Title challenge

City and Liverpool are playing the best football in England at the moment, and it does appear that the Citizens and the Reds will be fighting for the title until the very end.

However, Tottenham could still make a challenge, especially if they win against Arsenal and maintain their good form over the Christmas period.

Sol Campbell looks on during a training session ahead of their international match against Italy at St Georges Park on November 12, 2018 in Burton-upon-Trent, England.
