Leeds United will face Derby County at Elland Road on Wednesday.
Leeds won the first leg of their Championship playoff semi-final tie 1-0 away from home at the Pride Park Stadium this past Saturday evening.
The second leg of the tie is at Elland Road on Wednesday evening, and former Leeds central defender Bamba believes that Marcelo Bielsa’s side will get the job done.
Bamba said on Sky Sports News on Monday morning (11:50am, May 13, 2019): “It’s massive for all the players, playing at Elland Road in front of those fans. It’s going to be a full house. It is going to make a massive difference. I expect Leeds to win the game.”
Winning against Derby County
Leeds have a strong team, and the way they play at home and with the strong Elland Road faithful behind them, they will feel confident of winning against Derby.
However, the Rams also have a good team, and manager Frank Lampard all know that an early goal will put Leeds under pressure.
Leeds have conceded some silly goals from time to time this season, and Bielsa’s side need to be tighter at the back and must be vigilant throughout the 90 minutes at Elland Road.
