Some Arsenal fans have taken to Twitter to give their reaction to the performance of Allan Saint-Maximin for Newcastle United against the Gunners.
Arsenal have got the better of Newcastle 2-0 away from home at St. James’ Park in the Premier League today.
Mohamed Elneny put the Gunners in the lead after just five minutes, and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang doubled the advantage midway through the second half.
Newcastle ended the game with 10 men due to the dismissal of Fabian Schar in the 90th minute.
One of the players who did well for the Magpies is winger Saint-Maximin, and his performance at St. James’ Park impressed some Arsenal fans on Twitter, as shown below.
The 24-year-old is one of the better wingers in the Premier League, and the Frenchman did well against Mikel Arteta’s side.
The Newcastle star was a constant problem for the Arsenal defenders and kept them on their toes throughout.
According to WhoScored, the winger took two shots and one was on target, had a pass accuracy of 88%, took 45 touches, attempted eight dribbles, made one tackle, and put in two crosses.

The winger has made 15 starts and six substitute appearances in the Premier League for Newcastle this season, scoring three goals and providing four assists in the process, according to WhoScored.
While some Arsenal fans may want the club to sign the winger, as shown below, Arteta has wide-players in his squad and may not need another winger.
