Former Premier League winner, John Terry, has posted on Twitter that Conor Coady and James Tarkowski will provide ’so much quality’ to Everton’s team.
The Chelsea legend was reacting to Frank Lampard’s latest move, where he added Coady to his ranks on Monday night, as Terry labelled the player as a ‘top signing’.
Coady has moved to Everton on a season-loan loan from Wolves, as he leaves the Midlands side after seven years – Jamie Carragher labelled the player a ‘turncoat’ when the deal was confirmed.

Given the club’s financial troubles, the fact that they have landed Tarkowski on a free from Burnley and now Coady on a loan deal, is some going.
Two highly experienced pros at the peak of their powers, who will bring composure, intelligence, added quality and leadership to Everton’s backline.
That’s much needed for Lampard, especially after last season’s debacle, which saw them narrowly avoid relegation to the Championship.
Nonetheless, this is how Terry reacted to ex-Liverpool man Coady’s return to Merseyside, added with Tarkowski’s move earlier on in the summer.
WHERE WILL EVERTON FINISH?
Everton lost a key figure in the transfer market this summer when Richarlison secured a big-money transfer to Tottenham Hotspur.
Whilst someone like Anthony Gordon can try to replicate the void left by the Brazil star, added attacking quality is still needed ahead of the September 1 deadline.
A number of weeks ago, many would have possibly predicted Everton to struggle near the bottom half of the Premier League table given how pre-season was going and what Lampard was working with.
But, things have now started to pick up, and with the experience they have in their backline now, there is no excuse for them to be involved in any sort of relegation fight.
