Ian Wright has told Premier League Productions that Amazon will be ‘happy’ with their All or Nothing documentary on Arsenal because there is ‘so much controversy’ currently around the club.
The Highbury legend pointed towards Arsenal’s ’embarrassing’ defeat to Brentford on Friday night, which saw them suffer a deserved loss against the newly-promoted team.
This Amazon doc will either show Arsenal in a positive light behind the scenes or just show the cracks that near-on every supporter knows are there.
Either way, that opening day defeat to Brentford will be re-lived again by the Arsenal fans once those first few episodes are out, as Wright shared his thoughts.
“We have this Amazon thing,” said Wright. “Of course, they will be happy with it because there is so much controversy and so much negativity around it.
“But for Arsenal fans right now, it’s embarrassing for us. Embarrassing.”

The last North London club to go down a road of an Amazon documentary provided the much-needed entertainment by sacking their manager weeks into the season and bringing in Jose Mourinho.
Whilst it’s certain that Mourinho won’t be donning Arsenal colours any time soon, it doesn’t rule out the possibility of Arteta getting the same treatment as Mauricio Pochettino.
The Spanish coach was probably lucky to survive last season and there’s no way he goes through the festive period if the Gunners continue down their current path.
Either way, Amazon are getting their money’s worth here.
