The Whites boss confirmed that Rodrigo and Llorente would both be out, while Raphinha remains a doubt.
With Kalvin Phillips also sidelined, Leeds are now without a number of key players.
And supporters of the Yorkshire club admit that they are nervous about facing Palace now.
Leeds were beaten 4-1 by Leicester City in their last outing, as the gaps that injuries have left in their squad were highlighted.
Palace don’t quite have the same quality as the Foxes, but they are still a threat on the break, and Leeds will have to be careful not to expose their backline again.
Both Leeds and Palace have taken 10 points from their opening seven games this season.
