Celtic have just returned from their training camp in Dubai

Celtic fans have reacted with frustration after it was announced that one of their players has tested positive for Covid-19.
The club have recently returned from a controversial trip to Dubai, which attracted criticism from fans, pundits and even politicians.
First Minister Nicola Sturgeon and Deputy First Minister John Swinney both expressed concern, while Ally McCoist called it “a stupid idea in so many ways” on BT Sport’s Scottish Football Extra show.
In a statement released on Twitter, the club said: “Celtic today confirmed that one player has recorded a positive test for covid-19.
“Clearly the player will receive all our care and full support. All other members of our squad, management team and backroom squad are negative.”
That news has prompted stern criticism from Celtic supporters.
Neil Lennon and his men flew out to Dubai in the immediate aftermath of last Saturday’s 1-0 defeat against Rangers at Ibrox, but were the only Scottish club to head abroad as there is no winter break this year.
That result left them 19 points behind in the title race, albeit with three games in hand.
Celtic are due to take on Hibs at Celtic Park tomorrow night.
