Tottenham fans have taken to Twitter to react after watching footage of Danny Rose playing for Watford on Saturday.
What’s the story?
Well, Rose left Spurs back in May after a 14-year stay at Tottenham, having arrived from Leeds in 2007.
The 31-year-old was offered a two-year contract by Watford, and it looks like he’s repaying their faith in him with some good performances.
Rose shone in the 3-1 win over Norwich on Saturday.
As WhoScored shows, the ex-Tottenham man made one key pass, embarked on two successful dribbles and won two freekicks.
Rose also made four interceptions and one tackle, while no player on the pitch had more than his 72 touches.
One moment saw him put Ismaila Sarr through on goal with an incredible, long-range pass which was drilled across the Carrow Road turf.
By the looks of it, Rose still has plenty to offer in the Premier League.
Should Tottenham have kept Danny Rose?

Just because the 29-cap England international is impressing at Vicarage Road doesn’t mean Spurs were wrong to offload him.
The north Londoners already have Sergio Reguilon at the club, and Ryan Sessegnon is also an option – if not an underused one.
Nuno Espirito Santo also has Ben Davies to choose from, so there really wasn’t any need to keep paying Rose a salary.

It’s great to see Rose performing well at Watford, following a tough time for him over the past few years.
For now, let’s see what the Tottenham fans on Twitter have been saying about the footage of Rose impressing…
