Rodney Marsh has claimed on Twitter that Ozan Kabak had his best game for Liverpool against Wolverhampton Wanderers this evening.
Kabak, who joined Liverpool on loan from Schalke in the January transfer window, was in action for the Reds in their Premier League game against Wolves at the Molineux Stadium.
Former Manchester City forward Marsh, who now works as a pundit for SiriusXM FC 157 in the USA, was following the match, and he believes that the 20-year-old Turkey international central defender had his best game for the defending Premier League champions, who won 1-0.
Kabak was brilliant for Liverpool against Wolves in the Premier League this evening. The defender was a rock at the back, looked comfortable in possession, and did not take unnecessary risks.
According to WhoScored, Kabak took one shot which was not on target, had a pass accuracy of 86.8%, won three headers, took 53 touches, attempted one dribble, and made two tackles, three interceptions and six clearances.
The 20-year-old central defender did well against RB Leipzig in the Champions League last week, and he built on his performance this evening.
If the youngster continues to improve and play well in the coming weeks, then Liverpool could decide to make his loan move permanent in the summer of 2021.
