West Bromwich Albion are said to be close to appointing Slaven Bilic as manager and signing Reece Oxford.

West Bromwich Albion’s next manager could be Slaven Bilic and if he is, he would be delighted to see Reece Oxford at the Hawthorns.
The Telegraph claim that West Brom want to sign Oxford from West Ham United this summer.
Whether Bilic is behind that transfer decision is not totally clear as yet.
And Oxford will be a very familiar face with Bilic, if he is to join West Brom.

Bilic was the man who handed Oxford his debut when he was just 16 at West Ham.
And the Croatian manager also spoke very positively about the youngster to BBC Sport in 2016.
“I really believe he has got everything,” said Bilic. “On paper he has all the abilities to become a world-class player and it is now up to him to train hard and for us to manage him well for him to fulfil it.”
Oxford’s career has rather stalled at West Ham, but it could be that a move to West Brom is the perfect for his development, as he looks to get back to his best again.
