West Ham United boss Slaven Bilic has come under severe pressure in recent weeks.

West Ham have endured a miserable start to the campaign, and currently sit in 16th place in the Premier League table.
Frustrations were taken to a new level last Friday, when the Hammers fell to a 3-0 defeat against Brighton & Hove Albion.

It was predicted by many that Bilic would lose his job after that humiliating loss, but the Croatian has held on.
And when asked whether he considers himself fortunate to still be in charge at West Ham, Bilic said: “A lot of people think I should consider myself lucky.
“But a lot think differently and that I deserve to be here. The only way that I can turn it in that direction is if we start to get better results.”

Bilic is now under huge pressure to spark a dramatic improvement in West Ham’s performances sooner rather than later.
The Hammers are in action later this evening, when they take on Tottenham Hotspur in League Cup action.
West Ham are expected to put out a strong line-up for the London derby fixture, and if they are defeated, it may spell the end for Bilic.
