Diafra Sakho has made just four appearances for West Ham United this season.

West Ham United boss Slaven Bilic has refused to commit either way, when asked by Football.London about Diafra Sakho’s future.

It has been suggested that Sakho could leave West Ham at the end of the season, after what has been a disappointing campaign for the forward.

Sakho has barely featured for the Hammers this term, with injury problems plaguing him.

And Bilic has refused to rule out Sakho leaving the London Stadium, when asked at his press conference earlier today.

The Croatian said: “They all have a contract, Sakho is the same.

“He has not played a lot of games this season, he has spent the most of it injured, long-term problems and it’s the worst for the manager and the team that you have so many players out for a long, long time.”

Sakho is arguably West Ham’s most productive striker when he is fit, but his struggles to stay off the treatment table are a concern.

The Senegalese international has only managed to feature on four occasions, scoring one goal, this term.

With Andy Carroll’s fitness also very unreliable, West Ham are likely to be targeting a new forward this summer, as Bilic looks to make improvements for next term.

West Ham are next in action against Liverpool at the London Stadium on Sunday.
