Leeds United edged out West Bromwich Albion at Elland Road on Tuesday.

Slaven Bilic has suggested that Leeds United were missing the flair of Pablo Hernandez in Tuesday’s 1-0 win over his West Bromwich Albion side.
Marcelo Bielsa inflicted a first defeat on the Baggies this season as Ezgjan Alioski’s deflected first-half goal was enough to send Leeds back to the Championship summit.
Hernandez was again missing for Bielsa’s side, having also sat out the 1-0 defeat at Charlton Athletic this past weekend.
And the West Brom boss believes that the Yorkshire club were missing the Spaniard, particularly in the first 45 minutes when he noted that the Whites were ‘more aggressive’ than normal.
He told Leeds Live: “Very disappointed. Gutted with the result. Make no mistake. We knew where we were coming and who we were playing. Big opportunity for us. In the first half they were more aggressive. [They were] Missing some Hernandez flair.”
Hernandez is arguably Leeds’ most talented and most influential player, and the sooner he’s back, the better for Bielsa.
The high-flying Whites go to Millwall this weekend, however, and the Argentine said in his pre-match press conference on Monday that the former Spain international may not be available then either.
