Edimilson Fernandes was selected to start for West Ham United against Chelsea yesterday.

Bilic brought Fernandes to the London Stadium, and was more than willing to play the youngster.
Although the Swiss international never held down a first-team place, he did show signs of promise.
And Bilic has claimed that Fernandes has all the tools required to develop into an excellent player.

“I like him,” Bilic said. “We bought him and he’s very young. He can play everywhere and he has every chance to be special in the future if he changes a little bit, he needs to work more. He has the pace, skill and the strike. He defends very well too. He has every chance.”
Fernandes was selected to start against Chelsea yesterday, as West Ham picked up a 1-1 draw.
Fernandes’ chance comes as a result of Michail Antonio’s recent injury, and he could now have a big part to play for David Moyes’ side over the run-in.

Fernandes helped West Ham pick up a point at Stamford Bridge, with Javier Hernandez scoring a second-half leveller.
West Ham are now in 14th place in the Premier League table, six points above the relegation zone.
