The winger is being linked with an exit from Manchester United and Liverpool should target him.

Liverpool look destined to be busy this summer as Jurgen Klopp builds a squad to better suit his needs.
The Reds enjoyed a strong year under Klopp since he took charge back in October, reaching both the Capital One Cup final and the Europa League final.
Liverpool did not manage to win either of those, but they have shown enough under the German that they could be set for special things under his leadership.
Improving the defence seems to be something of a priority this summer, but more recently several wingers have been linked with potential moves.
The current Liverpool squad is short of any natural width with Philippe Coutinho, Roberto Firmino and Adam Lallana all having been used out of position this year.
If they are intent on adding width to their team, then a move for Depay could be a wise one for them.

He has shown his quality in flashes in an overall disappointing first season in England and could be available for much cheaper than the deal that took him to Old Trafford.
Most importantly, he can offer them a natural left winger, something the squad is seriously lacking at present.
That would allow Coutinho to move back into his more favoured number 10 role, which can only help to benefit the side further.
At 22, he is also still young enough to be moulded by Klopp, and could easily reach the levels that the likes of Marco Reus reached under the German’s leadership at Borussia Dortmund.
Of course, a deal between the two clubs would be hard to complete given their rivalry but a move could be a smart one for the Reds to pursue this summer.
