The former Liverpool boss was confirmed as the new Celtic manager last month.

Former Celtic star Tosh McKinlay has hailed the enthusiasm that Brendan Rodgers has shown for the job to the club’s official website.
The former Liverpool manager was named as the new Celtic manager last month, replacing Ronny Deila at the club.
His arrival has been regarded as a major coup for the Scottish champions, who are thought to have fought off Premier League interest for his services.

His unveiling at Paradise was well attended as 13,000 supporters turned out to welcome him to the club, while season tickets have been selling fast for next season.
And McKinlay says that the enthusiasm for the club is what has got the fan base so excited for his reign to start.
“Everything is on the up at Celtic Park. It’s the enthusiasm and the passion that Brendan shows,” he told celtifc.net.
“He’s a manager of high calibre, being at Liverpool, Swansea and Reading and he has obviously been over the course in European football.
“But it’s really the passion and enthusiasm he has for Celtic Football Club, and everyone is looking forward to seeing that.”

Attention now turns to what work that Rodgers will do in his first summer transfer window at the club.
It is widely felt that a complete overhaul of the squad is needed this summer after several years of poor signings under previous management.
All indications have been that Rodgers will be given money to spend to change that, and it will be interesting to see what moves he makes in the months ahead,
