The Besiktas winger was linked with West Ham United earlier this year.

West Ham United linked Oghuzan Ozyakup has turned down an offer from Lazio as he wants a Premier League move, reports TuttoMercatoWeb.
The midfielder has been linked with a move to West Ham this summer, with Turkish media outlet Milliyet reporting that Slaven Bilic was looking to sign his former Besiktas star.

The 23-year-old was one of Bilic’s key men during his time with the Turkish side and the Croatian boss was reportedly keen on a reunion at the Olympic Stadium.
They are not the only ones interested in his signature though, with Serie A side Lazio having made a move to secure his services.
However, according to TuttoMercatoWeb, he has turned down the chance to move to Italy after being approached by the club.
Instead, they claim he is waiting for a Premier League offer to come his way as he is keen on a return to England after a brief spell with Arsenal.

That could leave the door open for the Hammers, who are reportedly in the market for a wide player after letting Victor Moses return to Chelsea.
With a €15million price tag, around £11.7million, on his head though it remains to be seen if the Hammers would part with that kind of money for his signature.
