Liverpool defender Nathaniel Clyne was in impressive form despite England’s poor performance against Slovakia.
The defender was one of the changes that Roy Hodgson made for the game, replacing Tottenham Hotspur full-back Kyle Walker at right-back.

The Spurs star has started the first two games of Euro 2016 and been impressive too, with many labelling him as England’s best player so far.
Clyne though stated his claim for that right-back spot in the knockout stages with his impressive performance against Slovakia.
As the stats provided by WhoScored show, he posted a number of notable contributions throughout the game.
He managed 69 touches in total, the fifth most of any England player, with all of those proving to be successful ones.
Offensively he was a threat throughout, posting two shots, with one on target, as well as four dribbles.
His passing was particularly impressive as he posted 42 in total, seven of which were key passes, and enjoyed an overall pass success of 95%, both of which were the best of any England man.
A quality performance from Clyne then, who was in fine form despite England’s poor showing overall.
