Manchester City right-back Kyle Walker has raved about Chelsea star and his England international teammate Reece James on BBC Radio 5 Live (7:17pm, October 14, 2022).
Walker has said that Chelsea right-back James is “unbelievable”, and that the sky is the limit for the 22-year-old.
The former Tottenham Hotspur right-back has added that James has been sending him text messages about his injury.
Both Walker and James are on the sidelines with injuries at the moment.
Walker, 32, is recovering from surgery on a groin problem.
As for James, the 22-year-old Chelsea star suffered a knee injury against AC Milan in midweek and will now see a specialist.
Manchester City’s Kyle Walker on Chelsea’s Reece James
Walker said about James: “Unbelievable. He is unbelievable. Just his personality and how he conducts himself around the place as well.”
The City right-back added: “The sky’s the limit for him. I think we can see what he has achieved so far in his career, and he is only young.”

Encouraging
In our view, Kyle Walker’s comments on Reece James show the friendship and strong relationship between the Manchester City and the Chelsea stars.
Walker and James are rivals at club level.
Yet James is still making contact with Walker to know about his injury.
Walker and James are England international teammates, but the same time they are fighting for a place in the starting lineup.
Yet they seem so respectful of each other and want to know about each other’s health.
That is very encouraging.
