Liverpool fans are reacting to a potential injury to Divock Origi.

The Liverpool hitman lasted 59 minutes of Belgium’s 1-1 draw away to Wales on Tuesday night.

Origi might’ve been coming off anyway due to what was an ineffective performance, but it looked like injury brought an end to his night.

Here’s how some fans of the Anfield club reacted on Twitter:

However, Patrick Davison of Sky Sports News tweeted out that the former Lille marksman is fine and will be okay for the visit of Arsenal on Saturday evening.

Good news?

Absolutely.

Listen, the Belgian isn’t a massive part of Jurgen Klopp’s squad – well, not compared to other attacking players.

But lest we forget that Arsenal’s defence is looking sensational these days and there is a chance that Sadio Mane, Diogo Jota and Mohamed Salah may not break them down.

It’s a small chance, but it’s possible all the same.

Origi is a totally different attacking player to anyone else Klopp has and, being 6’2, he can cause issues for Gabriel and Ben White that other Liverpool stars cannot.

He absolutely won’t start against the Gunners, even if he’s 100 percent fit.

But if Klopp’s side need a goal, he might be an ideal candidate to ruffle feathers and make things happen.

So yes, Origi being available – if that’s the case – is certainly good news.
