Nottingham Forest boss Mark Warburton signed Barrie McKay from Ibrox side Glasgow Rangers in the summer.

McKay signed for Forest from Glasgow Rangers during the summer transfer window, and he has impressed during his time at the City Ground.
The youngster has been placed into Warburton’s first-team immediately, and he has enjoyed a productive time with the Reds.

McKay has scored two goals and claimed four assists in his first nine Forest appearances.
And Warburton has told Higginbotham that Forest’s players are often left dazzled by McKay’s ability in training.
“I actually asked Warburton about him [McKay] and he said he can be whatever he wants to be, he just needs to realise how good he is,” Higginbotham said.
“Some of the players in training are mesmerised by him.”
McKay started for Forest earlier today, but he was unable to stop Warburton’s side from falling to a 2-0 defeat against Derby.

McKay actually had Forest’s best chance during the contest, but he shot straight against Scott Carson when one-on-one.
Forest are now in 14th place in the Championship table, with their next match coming against Burton Albion.
