Southampton legend Matt Le Tissier suggested on the Gillette Soccer Saturday show on Sky Sports News HQ on Saturday afternoon (broadcast from 12pm, August 27, 2016) that Wilfried Zaha would not be a good signing for Tottenham Hotspur.
Tottenham are interested in signing Zaha from Premier League rivals Crystal Palace before the end of the summer transfer window.
Palace chairman Steve Parish recently told talkSPORT that Spurs made a bid of £12 million for the winger.
Parish stated that the offer was turned down and insisted that the 23-year-old will not be sold this month.
The Sun has claimed that Tottenham will make a second offer for Zaha and will include 27-year-old Belgium international winger Nacer Chadli in the bid (click here to read more).

Former Southampton attacking midfielder Le Tissier believes that the ex-Manchester United winger would not be a good signing for Spurs.
“I am not sure he is a Pochettino-type player,” said Le Tissier on the Gillette Soccer Saturday show on Sky Sports News HQ on Saturday afternoon (broadcast from 12pm, August 27, 2016) when asked if Zaha will fit the bill at Spurs.
“I think the way that he plays, I think he would frustrate Pochettino a little bit.”

Zaha scored two goals and created 41 chances in 34 Premier League appearances for Palace during the 2015-16 campaign.
So far this season, the England international has created three chances in three league games for the Eagles.
