Wolverhampton Wanderers play host to Sheffield United in the Championship tomorrow.

Sky Sports pundit David Prutton predicted the outcome of tomorrow’s Championship clash between Wolves and Sheffield United at Molineux, when writing his regular prediction column for Sky Sports.
Wolves head into the game sitting pretty at the top of the Championship table, with an 11 point lead over second placed Derby County, and have lost just one league game since October 28th.

The Blades, meanwhile, are in the midst of an extremely inconsistent run of form, having won only one league game since Boxing Day, and they currently sit in seventh spot in the Championship table, two points adrift of the play-off places.
Tomorrow’s game is obviously a vitally important one for both sides, for very different reasons.
Wolves need to win to cement their position on top of the pile, whilst Sheffield United need a victory to keep their play-off hopes alive.
Prutton explained why he envisages a tight encounter at Molineux tomorrow, when writing his regular prediction column for Sky Sports:

“Now this should be an interesting game. Wolves got back to winning ways last weekend but still don’t look at their fluent best, although they’re still 11 points clear! Sheffield United will have a go, as they always do, and this should be an entertaining game at Molineux. It will be close, but I think Wolves will edge it.”
Prediction: Wolves 2-1 Sheffield United
Wolves could stretch their lead at the top to 14 points with a win tomorrow, whilst the Blades can jump inside the top six with a victory at Molineux, should results elsewhere go their way of course.
