Former Leeds United midfielder David Prutton has predicted on Skysports.com that Nottingham Forest will lose against Huddersfield Town this weekend.

Forest will take on Huddersfield at the City Ground in the Championship on Saturday afternoon.

The Reds are struggling in the Championship at the moment and are in danger of getting relegated to League One at the end of the season.

Mark Warburton’s side are currently 20th in the league table with 42 points from 40 matches, just two points above the relegation zone.

Meanwhile, Huddersfield currently find themselves third in the standings with 74 points from 39 matches and have a chance of finishing in the top two.

Former Forest midfielder Prutton believes that the home team will lose on Saturday afternoon.

“Huddersfield bounced back well against Norwich after some out-of-character performances against Burton and Bristol City,” Prutton wrote on Skysports.com.

“But David Wagner will keep his team’s feet on the ground as he’s done all season and they should have too much for Nottingham Forest.

“Mark Warburton’s job is simply to keep them in the division, but they could be in even more trouble after Saturday.”

A footnote added: “Prutton predicts: 0-2 with Elias Kachunga to score first.”

Forest will head into the match against Huddersfield on the back of a 1-0 defeat to Wolverhampton Wanderers away from home at Molineux in the league.

Meanwhile, Huddersfield got the better of Norwich City 3-0 at the John Smith’s Stadium in the league on Wednesday evening.
