Tottenham Hotspur star Harry Kane and Manchester United ace Zlatan Ibrahimovic are two of the best strikers in the Premier League.

While England international striker Kane has scored 21 goals and provided six assists in the Premier League for Tottenham this season, former Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain man Ibrahimovic has scored 17 goals and provided five assists in the league for United this campaign.

Kane is likely to start for the North London outfit, but Ibrahimovic will not as he is out injured recovering from a knee problem.

Ahead of the match, Liverpool legend Phil Thompson has shared his thoughts on the two strikers. Thompson has outlined the similarities between Kane and Ibrahimovic, but he has picked the former in his Tottenham-Manchester United combined XI.

“Harry Kane completes my line-up, although I’d still have Ibrahimovic ahead of him if he was fit because of his big-game experience,” Thompson wrote on Skysports.com.

“They’re quite similar players in that neither of them are the quickest but they can score all sorts of goals and are very strong in the air.”
