Ivan Cavaleiro joined Wolverhampton Wanderers from AS Monaco in the summer transfer window.

Former Middlesbrough and Everton winger Peter Beagrie has told Sky Sports that the signing of Ivan Cavaleiro shows the ambition of Wolverhampton Wanderers.
Wolves signed Cavaleiro from French club AS Monaco on transfer deadline day.
According to Sky Sports, the Championship club had to pay Monaco a transfer fee of around £7 million in order to secure the services of the 22-year-old, who can play as a winger or as a forward.
Beagrie has claimed that the signing of the Portugal international attacker shows the ambition of Wolves.

“I haven’t seen too much of him recently, but he was tremendous at the U21 European Championship last summer,” Beagrie told Sky Sports.
“It didn’t happen for him at Monaco but he has talent and was linked with Man Utd in 2013. We know they are not adverse to a Portuguese winger at Old Trafford.
“Wolves have paid a lot of money for him, but it just shows you the ambition of the club. Will it be blind ambition? If he sets the division alight then no, but let’s wait and see.”

Cavaleiro is a talented and promising young attacker player, and he should prove to be a good signing for Wolves.
The 22-year-old scored one goal and created eight chances in 12 Ligue 1 appearances for Monaco during the 2015-16 campaign.
The youngster created three chances in two league games for the French club this season before his move to Wolves on transfer deadline day.
Walter Zenga’s side are aiming to finish in the top six of the Championship this season.
The Wanderers have made a decent start to the campaign, picking up eight points from five matches so far.
