Aston Villa take on Bristol City in the Championship on Tuesday night.

Pundit David Prutton has told Sky Sports that he thinks Aston Villa will beat Bristol City 2-1 at Villa Park on Tuesday night.
Villa had picked up just one point in eight league games since the start of 2017, losing seven times to drag Steve Bruce’s men back down towards the relegation zone.
However, Villa picked up a vital 1-0 home win over Derby County on Saturday afternoon, with James Chester giving Bruce a much-needed victory, easing relegation fears.
Villa now sit eight points clear of the relegation zone, and on Tuesday night, they take on a Bristol City side in desperate need of a win.
Lee Johnson’s men have won just one of the last ten Championship games, and have recently endured a bizarre run of taking the lead before throwing results away.
The Robins were 3-0 up away at Derby before drawing 3-3, and the same happened again at Newcastle on Saturday, as they 2-0 up before the Magpies grabbed two goals to earn a draw.

Johnson is under huge pressure, given that City lie just two points off the relegation zone, with some believing that he should be sacked in order to make sure that the Robins aren’t relegated.
Ahead of Tuesday’s clash at Villa Park, pundit David Prutton has told Sky Sports that he thinks Villa will claim a 2-1 win, whilst admitting that he fears for Bristol City in their battle against relegation.
“It was a scrappy goal that beat Derby on Saturday, but a scrappy goal was exactly what Aston Villa needed,” said Prutton. “You fear for Bristol City a little bit now. They were fantastic for 45 minutes at Newcastle but their squad doesn’t have that depth and they couldn’t hold on. It was still a good result at St James’ but I think it will be tough for them at Villa Park,” he added.
