Tottenham Hotspur travel to the Etihad to take on Manchester City tomorrow night.

Charlie Nicholas questioned whether Tottenham are good enough to keep the ball for long periods against Manchester City in the Champions League tomorrow night, when writing his regular column for Sky Sports.
Spurs won the first-leg 1-0 against City, and they are in a really strong position, considering the fact that they kept Pep Guardiola’s side from scoring an away goal.
Tottenham will have to be on their very best form tomorrow night, however, if they are to reach the semi-finals of the Champions League, and City will likely fly out of the blocks, as they look to level the tie early on.
And Nicholas suggested that Spurs will sit back and try to hit the hosts on the counter attack tomorrow night, when writing his regular column for Sky Sports:

“Tottenham will sit in and play on the counter-attack with Lucas Moura’s pace. He scored a great hat-trick at the weekend. It is whether they are good enough to keep the ball. Harry Winks will come back in and play with Moussa Sissoko while Christian Eriksen will play further up.”
Prediction: Man City 3-1 Tottenham
Tottenham certainly have the ability to take the game to City, but whether they can express themselves on the biggest stage remains to be seen.
Guardiola’s side are probably still favourites to progress through to the semi-finals, but if Spurs play to their full potential, it really should be a cracking game on display at the Etihad.
