Are Celtic at risk of losing the 26-year-old in the January window?
Andy Walker has told Herald Scotland that Celtic probably should brace themselves for interest in striker Leigh Griffiths.
The 26-year-old scored 40 goals in all competitions for Celtic last season but he has lost his place in the first XI to Moussa Dembele for most of this campaign.
Dembele, a £500,000 signing from Fulham, has netted 17 times in all competitions but Griffiths has been given a second wind, starting and scoring in each of the Hoops’ last four Scottish Premiership games.

Manager Brendan Rodgers really is spoilt for the choice but his first XI for Saturday’s trip to second-in-the-table Rangers will tell us who his first-choice hitman is.
The Frenchman, 20, has netted four times in his two appearances against Rangers this season and he might well be given the nod, despite Griffiths being the man in form.
And Sky Sports pundit and ex-Celtic man Walker believes that Rodgers should expect interest in the resurgent marksman.

“I don’t know the type of guy Leigh is. I don’t know if he’s frustrated and would look at his situation,” he told Herald Scotland.
“It would have been tough for him being out of the side.
“I’m sure that he’s the type of player who would attract interest. He scored 40 goals last season and so what does he want to do?”
