He told Sky Sports News: “Clement Lenglet – I like the look of him. He could potentially come in for Ben Davies at left centre-back.”
Tottenham need to draw a line under that disappointment in Portugal this week.
It’s still been an excellent start to the season for the Lilywhites – who are unbeaten in the Premier League from six games – and they have a kind fixture here.
City are bottom of the standings and are yet to win a game under Brendan Rodgers this season.
This could and definitely should be three points, regardless of whether Lenglet starts or not.
