Darren Bent praised Aston Villa attacking midfielder Jack Grealish on Sky Sports Football (10:12pm, January 1, 2021) for his performance against Manchester United.

The former Villa striker, who now works as a pundit for Sky Sports, was impressed by the performance of Grealish during the Villans’ 2-1 defeat to United away from home at Old Trafford in the Premier League.

Bent said about Grealish on Sky Sports Football (10:12pm, January 1, 2021): “Again, he was superb in the second half. Everything, getting down to the line, putting crosses in.”

How did Jack Grealish play against Manchester United?

Grealish is one of the best attacking players in the Premier League and is a key figure for Villa.

The 25-year-old, who can also operate as a winger, has been doing well for the Villans this season, and the England international had another good game against United.

The Englishman provided the assist for Bertrand Traore’s goal and created two very good chances for Ollie Watkins.

According to WhoScored, Grealish played four key passes, had a pass accuracy of 90.2%, took 84 touches, attempted one dribble, made three tackles and one interception, and put in 10 crosses.

So far this season, the Englishman has scored five goals and provided seven assists in 15 Premier League matches for Villa, according to WhoScored.
