RB Leipzig’s Jean-Kevin Augustin has once again been linked with a move to the Premier League with Everton and Leicester City allegedly in the frame.

The former Paris Saint-Germain attacker was linked with a move to the Premier League back in January. But the report claims it is likely that he will leave the Bundesliga outfit after their DFB Cup Final against Bayern Munich next Saturday.
Everton have been on the hunt for a new striker after Cenk Tosun’s dismal season in the Premier League. The Turk has just three goals to his name in 25 appearances this campaign, which is simply not good enough for a club chasing a place in the Europa League.
Leicester desperately need a long-term replacement for Jamie Vardy, and Kelechi Iheanacho has not seemed to be the one based on recent performances. The Foxes also parted ways with Shinji Okazaki and are expected to sell Islam Slimani in the summer window.
Augustin would be a wonderful signing for either club. But the Frenchman has struggled for game time with Tio Werner clearly ahead of him in the pecking order.
The 21-year-old showed the Bundesliga what he is capable of in his debut campaign when he scored nine goals and assisted four more in 25 appearances.

Augustin has the potential to replicate the same kind of form with regular minutes under his belt and a move to either Everton or Leicester could guarantee him that next season.
However, if Leipzig agree to let him leave in the summer, the Frenchman is said to cost £17.5 million according to the report, which could potentially be a slight stumbling block for the two clubs. That said, Augustin would be worth every penny.
