Jose Mourinho discusses his thoughts on the Champions League final between Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur.

Klopp led the Reds to their second consecutive Champions League final after a stunning comeback against Barcelona at Anfield in the semi-final second leg.
Liverpool should be full of confidence when they take on a Tottenham side they have beaten twice already this season in the Premier League.
However, Klopp’s record as a manager in finals of major competitions has been terrible in recent years. The German has lost six of his seven finals in all competitions. His Dortmund side were beaten by Bayern Munch back in 2013 while Real Madrid got the better of him in the final last season
Speaking to Sky Sports, two-time winner Mourinho claimed it will be hard on the German if he were to lose his third Champions League final.
He said: “If Jurgen wins, it’s an incredible achievement for him. If Jurgen doesn’t win, you know… to lose three Champions League finals… phew… that has to be really, really hard.”

Mourinho backed Klopp to do well in the final, claiming that he is a positive guy while also explaining the negative side of being a manager in a final.
“Being a manager, and understanding what it means for a manager to play a Champions League final, there is always a negative side of it and the negative side is that one team will lose and one manager will lose,” he said.
Klopp will pick up his first piece of silverware as Reds boss if Liverpool were to get the better of Spurs in Madrid at the start of next month.
