Tottenham midfielder Moussa Sissoko has admitted on Instagram that he is missing the ‘amazing’ Christian Eriksen.
Eriksen left Spurs at the start of the year when he moved away from the more robust surroundings of England’s top-flight for the more technical Serie A.
A Tottenham supporter asked Sissoko on his Instagram story: ‘Do you miss Christian Eriksen?’ To which he responded: ‘Yes. Nice man and amazing player’.
Another Spurs supporter also asked the midfield powerhouse: ‘How close are you to Sonny?’ He replied: ‘Don’t know because sometimes @hm_son7 is a strange man’.
When Eriksen left North London for Milan, it wasn’t a surprise because his contract was coming to an end and it was just a case of getting a deal done.
Given that Eriksen had less than 12 months left on his contract, Daniel Levy did well to seemingly claw in £17 million for his services [BBC Sport].

There’s no doubt that Spurs miss his touch, ability to pick pockets and find that forward-thinking pass.
But saying that, it does seem as though Harry Kane has transformed himself from deadly sharp-shooter to precision-passer, as he leads the assists race during the early stages of the season.
