Celtic legend Sir Kenny Dalglish has praised Rangers goalkeeper Allan McGregor in The Sunday Post.
The former Celtic and Liverpool forward believes that Rangers custodian McGregor is improving week after week.
Dalglish was impressed with the performance of the 36-year-old for Scotland in their recent UEFA Nations League games.
Celtic legend Dalglish wrote in The Sunday Post: “The contribution of Allan McGregor in goal was also significant.
“He made yet another top-drawer save against Israel at a crucial time. He just keeps improving week after week, never mind season after season.”

Superb siging
McGregor has proved to be a superb signing for Rangers, with the Scotland international goalkeeper having moved back to Ibrox in the summer transfer window.
The 36-year-old arrived at Rangers as a free signing following his departure from Hull City in the Championship in England at the end of the 2017-18 campaign.
It is McGregor’s second spell at Rangers, with the veteran goalkeeper having started his professional club football career at the Gers.
Rangers are going strong in the Scottish Premiership and in the Europa League, and one of their best and most reliable players has been McGregor.
According to Transfermarkt.com, McGregor has kept three clean sheets and conceded 10 goals in 11 Scottish Premiership appearances for Rangers so far this season.
