Jordan Jones scored against Steven Gerrard’s Ibrox club Glasgow Rangers last week.

Jordan Jones is joining Rangers in the summer of 2019, as the winger has signed a pre-contract agreement with Steven Gerrard’s Ibrox club.
The winger, though, is fully committed to his current club Kilmarnock, who are challenging Celtic and Rangers for the Scottish Premiership title this season.
The 24-year-old winger scored for Killie in their 2-1 victory over Rangers at home last Wednesday – it proved to be the winner for the hosts.
Jones celebrated the goal in style, and Celtic legend Sir Kenny Dalglish has praised the Northern Ireland international winger for doing so.
Meanwhile, former Rangers star Lee McCulloch has suggested that Jones could earn the Gers a lot of money in transfer fees in the future.
Dalglish wrote about Jones in The Sunday Post: “It was then refreshing to see the boy celebrating his winning strike from 25 yards out by making his way to the touchline to embrace Steve.
“It’s a great tribute to the boy that he put everything else out of his mind and focused 100% on his current employers and doing his very best for them.
“When Jones scored, I’m sure Steven Gerrard would have been gutted and it wasn’t rewarding for him at that particular moment. But once the dust settles, Steven will reflect on the choice he has made to sign such a talented footballer.”
McCulloch told The Scottish Sun about Jones: “It is a great coup to get him on a free and I think he’ll make the club a lot of money. I think he can kick on beyond Rangers if he is managed right, which he will be.
“I have no doubt he has another big move in him. I have always seen the potential in Jordan, 100 per cent.”

Quality footballer
Jones is one of the best wingers in the Scottish Premiership, and the Northern Ireland international has been playing well for the Gers so far this season.
According to Transfermarkt.com, the winger has scored three goals and provided four assists in 21 Scottish Premiership appearances for Kilmarnock so far this campaign.
