Steven Gerrard’s Glasgow Rangers and Neil Lennon’s Celtic are level on points.
Rangers manager Steven Gerrard
The Celtic legend does not believe that Celtic have gone backwards this season, and has claimed that Rangers have become better.
Rangers are second in the Scottish Premiership table at the moment with 22 points from nine matches, level on points with leaders and bitter Old Firm rivals Celtic.
Dalglish told The Scottish Sun: “I think Steven Gerrard has done a great job at Ibrox. The good thing is that Celtic haven’t gone backwards; Rangers have got better and the European results reflect that. Celtic’s have been better recently than before as well.”

Title race
Celtic have won the league title in Scotland for the past eight seasons and are the favourites this campaign as well.
However, Rangers are giving the Hoops a run for their money this season, and there is a very good chance that Gerrard’s side could clinch the league title.
Interestingly, both Celtic and Rangers are doing well in the Europa League this season, and both the Hoops and the Gers could find themselves in the knockout rounds of the competition.
Perhaps progressing further in the Europa League will affect both Rangers and Celtic in the Scottish Premiership title race this season.
